iForm provides web form variable-data capability. You can use a template design with numerous pre-configured text and image variations which will be used based on user input from any web form questionaire. iForm technology is based on industry standard XML which is used to easily configure your final designs based on your customers form input. With iForm, you can customize pre-configured content according to categories such as gender, age, preferences, or any variation of personal attributes (even purchasing habits and income).

One of the most powerful capabilities is the ability of iForm to generate documents with variable length text embedded anywhere in the content. All surrounding text is automatically reformatted according to your design specifications (alignment, font-size, etc.). You have the options of rendering a completely customized PDF document for your customers immediately upon form submission for preview and final approval (if desired). These PDFs can also be automatically sent to commercial printers for professional digital press output and mailed to them within days. Hundreds and even thousands of PDFs created via this process can be batched together and printed with high-speed, high-volume output via PPML (Personalized Print Markup Language). This new industry standard optimizes the utilization of commercial digital printing presses.

No server or software is needed to utilize iForm. Our designers will create the core PDF template, the web forms and generate the XML to merge your customer web form responses with the core imaginePDF engines. If your creative team has a PDF design already completed, our creative team can use that to generate the rest of what you need. It’s really just that easy.
